Halloween Ball for Kids!

As part of the 19th annual Piedmont Avenue Halloween Celebration, Inside Outside Fitness is hosting its First Annual Halloween Ball for kids:

Saturday, October 28
Noon to 4 pm
Inside Outside Fitness
4444 Piedmont Avenue, Oakland

This is a FREE dance & movement extravaganza. Kids (accompanied by a parent, please) can come play with our giant exercise balls and dance our favorite dances. We're sure to include the hokey pokey, the chicken dance, and musical chairs (or, in our case, musical exercise mats). Snacks & refreshments, prizes, and a place for parents to sit down for a few minutes are included. Guaranteed to give your kids a good time, and tire them out!

Trick or Treating - until 1:00 pm
After the parade along the Ave
