Our Own Mark Duval Honored as a Top Bay Area Trainer!

Mark Duval, one of IOF's personal trainers and instructors, was listed as one of the Bay Area's top ten personal trainers by the San Francisco Chronicle! Read it for youself in "Ripped! Ten top trainers who will get you there".

They're right, Mark is smart, hard-working, knowledgable, professional, and a slave-driver who can do eveything his clients can do and more - and make witty repartee at the same time. Mark's clients and students certainly do get there, and thanks to his individual brand of humorous prodding, it's lots of fun!

Mark is also a kind, generous and tactful mentor to me and many others in the fitness industry. On behalf of everyone at IOF, and from me personally, Congratulations, Mark!
