Not the same old circuit...

We’re all familiar with our three basic circuit classes – the basic Aerobic Circuit, extended Super Circuit & the two-sets-of-weights Power Circuit.  Make way for some new circuit classes:

Core Circuit – adds core & balance exercises to the basic circuit.
6 am Tuesday, 5:30 pm Wednesday, 9:30 am Thursday,
6:45 am Friday & 7:30 am Sunday

Cardio Circuit – group cardio movement every two stations.
9:30 am Sunday

And some new Combination / Circuit classes:

Cycle/Circuit – 40 minutes of spinning, together with a Super Circuit.
9:00 am Tuesday

Alfresco/Circuit – 25 minutes of outdoor movement & strength conditioning, 25 minutes of indoor circuit,10 minute abs & stretch.
6:00 pm Tuesday

Conditioning/Circuit – 25 minutes of cardio conditioning, 25 minutes of circuit, 10 minute abs & stretch.
5:30 pm Friday

In addition, we have two new early morning classes:

Chi Flow – meditation, self-massage & movement. 
6:45 am Tuesday

Yoga – flexibility, breathing, posture & relaxation with Deborah
6:45 am Thursday (starting March 29)
