More Power! Power Circuit, that is...

Our most efficient strength-building class is now being offered three times a week!

Power Circuit

Tuesday @ 5:30-6:30 pm with CHRIS
new time, new instructor

Thursday @ 6:00-6:45 am with ED

Saturday @ 9:30-10:30 am with RUDY

In case you’re not familiar with the Power Circuit class format, here it is:
  • Start with a warm-up on the cardio equipment.
  • Work around the circuit for thirty minutes. Skip the bikes & steppers! Instead do two sets of each strength exercise, in the infamous forward-forward-back-forward pattern.
  • In hour-long Power Circuit classes, return to the bikes for a few cardio bursts to work your heart. 
  • Finish with abdominal crunches, and the stretch your muscles need.   
This class is fun and really gets results.  I highly recommend adding it to your workout routine!   -- Lisa
