Sculpt with Ed – Thursdays at 6:00 am (replaces Power Circuit from Sept 13 on)
Ed brings his fitness expertise to the movement room. This strength training class uses chairs for added support – and challenge!
NIA – Mondays at 6:40 pm, begins Sept 10
Neuromuscular Integrative Action, with instructor Susan Ross, fuses dance, martial arts and the healing arts to help improve balance, flexibility & endurance. Good for all body types & fitness levels.
Mat Pilates – Tuesdays at 9:00 am, begins Sept 25
The core exercises of pilates, done here without fancy machines, strengthen your entire torso, reduce your likelihood of injury & improve your posture. Taught by BZ!
Cardio Jazz – Tuesdays at 6:40 pm, begins Sept 11
Fabulous instructor Cato brings you great music and fun choreography to get your heart pumping. Ends with core and floor work.
Strong & Supple – Thursdays at 5:30 pm, begins Sept 13
Laura brings this popular morning class to the evening. This class combines calisthenics with power stretching, borrowing moves from ballet, gymnastics, yoga & pilates.
Also note: Thursday morning Yoga will now start at 7:00 am!
