Want to take your fitness to the next level? Boot Camp Circuit Tuesday/Thursday Boot Camp Circuit will jumpstart your exercise routine. The class uses interval training, a proven, effective way to boost your cardiovascular fitness. Class starts with a group warm-up in the movement room. Then we’ll move outside for cardio intervals interspersed with strength training. We finish with a cool-down and stretch back inside the gym. Intimidated? Don’t be!* This class is for people of all abilities. You will pace yourself, and push yourself, make great progress, and have fun! *Well, be a little intimidated... |
