The Latest Class News Inside Outside Fitness' class schedule is evolving. Here are the latest changes: Cancellations - Two Monday evening classes are being discontinued, the 4:30 pm Aerobic Circuit class & the 6:00 pm Functional Mobility. We plan to offset their loss with new classes meeting similar needs in the near future. We'll keep you posted. Ed & Sharon Report - Now that Ed & Sharon are back from vacation & adjusting to life as regular citizens, you'll notice that they're teaching fewer classes. You can catch Sharon during her terrific Strong & Supple class at 9:30 am on Monday, or at Super Circuit at 9:30 am on Friday. Ed's circuit classes can still be enjoyed three days a week - on Monday at 6:00 am, 6:45 am & 9:30 am; Thursday at 6:00 am & 9:30 am; & on Friday at 6:00 am & 6:45 am. New Instructors - Our very own Sasha Roth, who has worked at the front desk for years, has taken on the challenge of becoming a fitness instructor. She is now the official instructor of the Aerobic Circuit classes on Monday & Wednesday at 5:30 pm. While she is not Ed (few of us are), she'll lead you through a terrific workout with her own personal style. Gretchen & I are also taking over Ed & Sharon's former classes. Gretchen has graciously taken over the Tuesday 9:30 am Super Circuit class. I am picking up the Tuesday 6:00 am Power Circuit and the Sunday 7:30 & 9:30 am Aerobic Circuit classes. Extended Class - Shane has agreed to extend the length of her 9:30 am Saturday Total Conditioning class by 15 minutes. If you thought it was tough before, now Shane will be adding more sculpting. This is a great chance to push yourself past the usual, hour-long class time. New Classes - Three new classes have been added to the schedule:
Class Subs/Tryouts - The bad news is that Letti will be on vacation for two weeks. The good news is that I've convinced two very versatile & qualified dance instructors to substitute teach her Cardio Dance class on Thursday, August 10 & 17 at 5:30 pm. Come try out their moves and meet some potential new instructors. Over the coming weeks, we'll be auditioning a variety of potential new instructors, and setting up ad hoc classes. Keep an eye out for notices about these one-time audition classes, and please attend the classes if you can. It will help us tremendously to get your feedback. Sincerely, Lisa Gartland |
