Have more fun this winter, by training ahead of time! Our Ski Season Circuit is the perfect way to prepare for winter sports. This class provides the cardiovascular and muscular training you need for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports - sledding, anyone? This class has cardio interval training to prepare you for long runs, then uses a variety of equipment to strengthen your legs, arms, abdomen & back. We'll be concentrating on compound exercises that mimic the moves you'll make on the trails.
Brand New Class - Playground Circuit

A fun interval training class based on the simple running, jumping and playing you did as a kid. Guaranteed to improve your total fitness!
New Class Time - Movi-Ritmo
with LINA
Wednesdays at 9:00 am
A celebration of movement and dance to exhilarating rhythms, in a spirit of non-competitive self expression. Includes deep stretching, toning & strengthening, technique, choreography and warm-down. Dance experience or natural rhythm is a plus!
