Inside Outside Fitness' childcare room is safe, comfortable & well equipped, and our staff are warmhearted & experienced. We look forward to welcoming you & your child to our facility!

Childcare Schedule

Childcare is now available any time we are open! We do have a limit of four children in childcare at a time. To ensure a spot, it's best to reserve childcare in advance for the time you want. Please call 510 655-8308 to reserve a space.

Childcare Rates

$3.50 per child per individual session, or
$30 for a ten-session childcare card
