Aerobic Circuit - Weight Room - After a ten-minute aerobic warm-up on cardio machines, class participants work around the weight room stations, alternating between strength & cardio work. Instructors are there to direct you, correct your form & find ways to challenge you. The class ends with some group floor work. SCB |
Body Sculpt – Movement Room – After a brief warm-up, this class works all of the major muscle groups using weights, bands, body bars & other equipment. SB |

| Cardio Pilates - Movement Room – The class adds just the right amount of cardio training to a standard pilates class. Uses simple choreography and lots of props to strenghen your heart, lungs & core muscles. SCFB |
Cycle / Circuit* - Cycling Area/Weight Room - This effective combination class includes 40 minutes of group cycling on our spin bikes followed by circuit training, abdominal work and stretching. CSB |

Pilates Circuit - Weight Room – An effective core strengthening program to improve balance, posture, and joint stability. We use weight equipment to enhance the experience and power of Pilates exercises for each individual. BF |
| Pilates / Yoga - Movement Room – A 75 minute mat class combining the core strengthening exercises of pilates with the toning, stretching and meditative benefits of yoga. SFBM |
Power Cycling - Movement Room - A group indoor cycling class using a variety of techniques, tempos and intervals. Includes individual bike "fit" for appropriate safety and adaptable to each person's fitness level. Great for cardio cross training. Stretching is included as part of the cool down. C |
Pump & Rock - Movement Room - A cardio step class that incorporates segments of body sculpting using the body's own resistance, weights, and exercise bands. CS |
Strong & Supple - Movement Room - This class combines claisthenics with power stretching and borrows moves form ballet, gymnastics, yoga, and good old-fashioned floor exercises. It will leave you feeling long and strong. SFB |

Total Conditioning - Movement Room - If you want to burn more calories, boost your metabolism and have a little more fun, this cardio class will put you through your paces. Get ready to sweat and sculpt. CS |
| Urban Dance & Kick / Circuit* – Movement Room & Weight Room – An efficient class with 25 minutes of Heather’s style of urban dance & kickboxing, followed by 25 minutes of circuit training in the weight room and 10 minutes of abs & stretches. CSB |
