Announcements:

The next Spin-e-Oki class takes place on Tuesday, March 16 at 6:45 pm. Join our fantastic Jessie for this high energy class, where you'll get to cycle and sing along to the best of ABBA! Dawn Patrol Sculpt with Sean will be held on Tuesdays 6:15-7:15 am, beginning on February 9. Jump-start your day with a total strength & balance workout in 60 minutes. Class includes some cardio, calisthenics & strength work using uses Swiss balls, jump ropes, dumbbells & more. If you like what Sean has been doing for your abdominals, consider how much he can help strengthen the rest of your body!

* IOF will reserve as many as seven spin bikes ahead of time. Three more bikes are available for students on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve a bike 24 hours before class at the front desk or by calling (510) 655-8308.
