We're back to our regular schedule! The only change from last year is the cancellation of our Tuesday evening Zumba class. If you're interested in seeing more classes in our evening schedule - especially anything later than 6:30 pm - please click here to drop us an email.

* IOF will reserve as many as seven spin bikes ahead of time. Three more bikes are available for students on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve a bike 24 hours before class at the front desk or by calling (510) 655-8308.
