Next SPIN-E-OKI Class -

Jessie will lead another SPIN-E-OKI class on Tuesday, July 20 at 6:45 pm. Spin and sing along, for a totally fun cardio workout that just flies by. The next class will feature Music from the 80's - part 2! Please sign up in advance by stopping by our front desk, calling 510 655-8308, or by clicking here to email us.

Beginning in June -

BZ's Strong & Supple class is moving to Wednesdays at 9 am.
Cathyn's Cardio Pilates class is moving to Fridays at 9 am.
A new Yoga class will begin on Fridays at 10:10 am, taught by yogi & personal trainer Sarah Jenness.

* IOF will reserve as many as seven spin bikes ahead of time. Three more bikes are available for students on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve a bike 24 hours before class at the front desk or by calling (510) 655-8308.
